Data structure for scan information

Parameters:

• scan_id – Scan ID (e.g. No0001)

• source – Source name

• mjd_ref – Integer component of the MJDs in the scan

• mjd2 – Array with fractional part of MJDs in seconds

• delays – Array of delays [s]

• doppler_phase – Array of Doppler phase values [UNITS?]

• doppler_amp – Array of Doppler amplitude values [UNITS?]
